What is meditation?
Meditation has been described as a kind of concentrated thinking, but this does not mean just any kind of concentrated thinking. Concentrating on a pet rock or an ice cream is not meditation. Meditation is the process of concentrating the mind on the source of consciousness within us. Gradually this leads us to discover that our own consciousness is infinite. This is why the goal of meditation is sometimes described as "self-realization."
Meditation has many benefits such as a relaxed mind, more peaceful state of mind and being, deeper connection to the heat centre and our guidance, more empathic traits developed, more emotionally balanced, more creative, more sense of purpose in life and acting on purpose. There has been done many trials and much research on the benefits of practicing meditation regularly and they are many.
What do I offer?
I offer teaching of a simple meditation technique with mantra and it also includes grounding and shielding In addition I offer guided meditations.
Anybody can meditate no matter age, gender and religious background. Meditation will benefit you physically, emotionally and mentally.
