Children and choices
Children and sensitive beings ~ many of the children born today and crystal children and indigo children.
The children are the future. As adults we need to make many choices for our chlldren unto certain ages when they choose more and more themselves ~ our choices may affect their health, wellbeing and evolution greatly. And also the further of our planet as the children will be here in the future too..
Areas where we may want to consider our choices in are:
- Natural/home birth versus hospital birth ~ use of western medicine during the birth process or just natural medicine, water, acupuncture etc. and home birth or natural birth department in a hospital where this is available.
- Vaccinations versus no vaccinations ~ important to know about the differences and read about this, then make an informed decision as what we choose also becomes our responsibilities and will form the lives of our kids.
- Use of fluoride tablets and toothpaste/ mouth water for dental health versus not using fluoride
- Treatments - what kind of medical treatment system do we choose for our children's health?
There are various options and they may generally fit in different situations: allopathy/ Western medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, various forms of healing, acupressure, chinesology, Chinese medicine, Auyrvedic medicine ~ and a few more options ~ so many choices to choose between!
- What type of education! ~ In most countries the law says :" Children should receive education in school or otherwise" ~ good to think through the available options... the options can be a few: public, school, Monttesorri School, Waldorf School, charter school and boarding school. Then one have home based school by following a curriculum and under guidance of a teacher one delivers work to. With this option one is basically enrolled in a school and does 3-4 hours of homework each day and activities, The child reaches accreditation as if they had been in school.
Many people also prefer to set up their own homeschool program. In many places there are many groups and meet- ups for homeschooled kids where there kids ca learn maths, science, sports etc. You also have the option called un-schooling.
So there are many options and many different kids and parents.
- Use of computer and tv- games ~ how much are the kids allowed and are they allowed?
- Diet: " How we eat, so we become they say" ~ diet means a lot. And children are especially sensitive. Wellbeing and health is directly linked to what kind of food one is eating. If I can give one first advice, it is- choose organic. Food free from pesticides and herbicides are simply healthier. Better for us and the planet...
- Sugar versus no sugar in the diet - processed foods versus homemade foods - meat versus no meat- vegan, vegetarian or meat diet. what is best for the children, the animals and the planet?
- Ready made versus home made
-Cooked food versus raw, fresh foods..
- And when we do make food, make it with Love and good intention, this will affect the people eating it, very positively! Food carries energy..!
